Used 16L to haul water for remote camping site. Loved the lid and handles. Seems to be very well made with thick material. Although the lid does not eliminate splashing out, it helps a great deal. The handles are very comfortable and don't dig into my hands even when full. The lid kept bugs and leaves out of the water. Super convenient how small it packs up. In order to hold water for the day, needs to be on a very flat surface and do not disturb it at all -- otherwise one side or the other will fall down and there goes most of the water! I have the black, hoping it would heat up the water. It did a little, but not as well as the hanging shower bags. The material is thicker so maybe it insulates more. I will continue to use for dishes and great for carrying stuff. I will get a different bucket for shower tent.
