Columbia is your best choice because of their local quality. I never doubt if the quality is up to my standard. The size can be a bit shaky at times. I ordered M for my son as most of his shirts are M albeit with little room to grow. He can wear a very thick sweater under this vest, it's so big. I don't want to send him back for some BC, this baby jumped 5 inches in 3 months so I'm sure it will fit him if the weather changes.
