The team is very friendly, they are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns I have about my account! They're also great at keeping me updated via email when there's something new going down in their office that may be of interest for clients/potential employees alike- which helps keep things fresh and interesting :) This has been an excellent choice so far as PR firm - we've had some amazing opportunities come through this relationship (including multiple press releases) which would not likely happen without them.

We don't work directly together anymore but it was still nice knowing someone from our current client base who works here now because he used to do freelance projects back then too :).
