Saved us from scarf and puke!

I have tried many ways to stop my cat from vomiting after eating. Those slow-feeding silicone bowls, the ball she has to roll around to get her food (just got in her way while eating), even fed her from ice trays for a while. In a smooth transition, she changed her diet several times, but she still vomited about once a week. They say the best solution is to feed them small meals throughout the day, but no one has time for that. Sometimes I go somewhere for the night and need to leave enough food for a few days. This feeder was the answer to all my problems. I had it for about 3 weeks and she hasn't vomited since. It took her a few days to figure it out, but now I think she really likes it. I can put groceries in the top shelf for a few days and it slowly knocks it apart. After trying to help my cat stop vomiting for almost a year, I finally found a solution. Too bad I didn't try it first. Yes, it makes a bit of noise when she eats at night. I have a feeder in my bedroom so sometimes it wakes me up. I don't think putting it in the living room will wake me up (but I have roommates so I can't). She also wakes me up by bouncing off the walls and woke me up earlier by throwing up on the bed. So I have nothing against noise. I'm so glad I don't clean up my vomit anymore and I'm sure she's happy too.
