When your child can finally master the boots, they will fit perfectly. Because the shoe is designed very tight around the ankle, it's very difficult to get your foot in. Once your foot is in you hardly need any laces as the foot is so tight. The spikes are not too small in length and width for my child, but as I said, getting the foot in the boot is the hardest part. That's probably why after a short time you're seeing others with broken tongue pins (yes, we loosen the laces a bit first before trying). Without this problem I would have given five stars.
