I wear a size 8, so I ordered a 9. My toes touch the front of the entire slipper. I wonder if I should have gone up two sizes, but perhaps then, they may be too big. The inside lining is fur and it snugs your feet well. I have no issues with neuropathy, they kept my feet nice and warm. I like these slippers but won't order another pair due to defective sizing, but they are very nice.
