I hope they ship it to the next buyer with extra care

I connected a Nintendo Switch, it wasn't working or wasn't working with my phone, and my phone should be able to connect USB Type-C to USB Type-C monitors. I have a second Asus branded monitor that works fine. Also don't know if that's partly why it doesn't work but the packaging and sifter box was damaged on the bottom right, it looks like it was dropped at some point or thrown between delivery, I hope that when I will sending it back they will check it further and read my review but overall it doesn't look like a bad monitor when it works.
