I'll say right away that I'm not an ultra runner. I bought it to hold a water bladder and some small items when cycling or camping. Overall I think it's a good design but while the rear can hold a 3 liter tank it really doesn't hang well with that much weight. If you're losing 2 liters or carrying something else on your back, this might be a good option. I preferred the pockets here over similar vests. Material and quality are also good.
