This is good outerwear for running on warm autumn and winter days. I use it when a pair of shirts isn't enough, in temperatures above 40 and above. I've found that on cold (not cold) days, the cold cuts through running shirts, especially when wet, and chills me. A harder (i.e. less breathable) layer on top helps. This shell also blocks the wind while still being breathable. It has no isolating value, that's the whole point. The material it is made of is very thin and fragile. As with most sportswear, it's ridiculously overpriced. You probably get 90% of the winnings on it. With all of that, she's doing her job and I'm glad I have it.
