My NVME is only 2.7mm thick including the top 0.4mm metal. I cannot close the sliding lid. When I tried it scratched the top metal layer of the NVME. I used a razor blade to trim off the sharp edges on the side of the lid. Still couldn't close it. Even if I could I would be disappointed with how much the board rattles in the case and how much the NVME latch rattles in the board. I added a silicone washer to the latch screw to keep the latch from damaging the NVME. The same photo shows they used a power tool to put a screw in the wrong hole. So many flaws.
