I had a handmade silk pillowcase. It was a bit custom sized, but it was almost the same size as this pillow, so I bought it to put in a pillowcase. I am very happy with it. It puffs up a bit in the middle, but arranging it a bit (and sitting on it for a while) allowed it to fill the pillowcase nicely. I expect it will get even better with time.
