Terrible! They claim it's nickel free, but it's not. I was thrilled to read that it was nickel free but I have a very sensitive nickel allergy and after a day of wearing my nose was sore red and clear pus was coming out. I noticed some discomfort after putting it on alone, but figured it was because of how difficult it was to put on, and snapped it shut. It was so painful to remove I almost cried and I'm pretty tough. I have a nickel test kit that I used on this product and can confirm that the description is incorrect. I do not recommend this product if you have metal allergies. After a day of wearing you will regret it.
