I don't know how it works, but it works!
I had a tendon rupture in my ankle and Rock Tape helped me both before and after the surgery. Stabilized my ankle, helped a lot with the pain, this is my favorite pain relief item. The tape adheres firmly but flexibly to the skin. Doesn't roll in the shower and dries quickly. I wore it for 4-5 days before changing it. Supplied in pre-cut strips that can be cut to any size. I am now wearing it again after an MRI showed that the same tendon in my other ankle was also torn.
