I like taking pictures of my pets, the carp pond and nature. I wanted to find a nice frame that I could buy multiple times to hang some of my photos on. I'm on a tight budget so I have to keep an eye on costs. This frame is perfect because it looks very professional but doesn't break the bank. I never called the base frame "high tech". However, the way you frame the photo is smart. They will unlock and slide off one side. This will make the picture more secure and easier to stay in the frame when you lock it. The picture is attached to the frame with clips. I used to use clips, and on cheaper frames, if not done right, the clip can fly out of the frame like a rocket. Luckily, I was able to safely insert these clips without taking my eyes out. I am very happy with the end result and will buy more as my budget allows.
