This is an absolutely wonderful pillow for my needs - recovering from a broken shin and bruised knee after a fall. I need to keep my legs/feet elevated to avoid swelling and other pillows either give my knees too much support (wrong angles etc) or not enough. The smooth curve of it is spot on. It is quite thick, 8 inches, which is suitable for lying on a pillow. In the best possible world, it would be nice to be able to change the height by up to 4 inches by making the bottom of the pillow in two so it works well even in a seated position, but that's not a problem either. Definitely - the only issue was that the packaging had a picture of the wrong item - and as it was (well) wrapped in heavy duty clear plastic it would have been impossible to put it back in the package to send back if the picture would have been correct., and I couldn't tell if it was the right item without opening it. The company was very responsive to my concerns and advised me to open the package as they were sure it was the correct item with the wrong picture on it and that if it was the wrong item they would fix it. not right. The pillow was exactly what I ordered and everything is fine.
