I bought this selfie stick because my old one was completely broken. I would say that I'm a tech savvy person, I work in the film industry, I have an iPhone, a tablet and I also use and work on a laptop. I coordinate meetings and use programs like Zoom. Just an idea of my technical skills. I am neither old nor inexperienced in handling devices. But the Atumtek selfie stick I bought, while inexpensive and durable (the item doesn't look cheap at all), it doesn't work at all! The mentioned item works with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology. After several attempts to get it working, I looked through the instructions, which must have been written by a chimpanzee, they were poorly written, and tried again. Nothing yet! There are no serviceable parts in the product so it doesn't seem like the battery is dead etc. I have contacted the company via email for customer service and still no messages! I understand that sometimes a product can break or not work, but Funkstille is not the way to do business. I can't tell if this product is good or bad, I just wish I had one that worked! Then I could rate.
