Description could have been better
The description of these hats was 3 inches x 2.5 inches. I assumed it was a flat measurement, but it turns out the entire diameter of the hat is 2.5 inches, leaving an opening of less than an inch. I ordered two packs and sent them back as I had already opened one. I will probably use them as ornaments on my Christmas tree as they are too small for my purpose.
