Fools - do not buy!
They were delivered quickly. Ease of installation. But they don't work. Presumably they get charged by the sun during the day and turn on at night (or dusk) when the car tire is in motion (normal driving, etc.). You still have to show EVERY light. And all 4 that were sent to me have a red dot (where the 'light' is supposed to glow while moving) and not multi colored as pictured/advertised. I was expecting BLUE, GREEN, RED and one more color. If I can make a video at night I will make it and post it. But now it's cold, like Antarctica.
