It actually helps my psoriasis a lot! Since using it, I almost never have to use a medicated shampoo for my psoriasis. Before that, I had to use a medicated shampoo every day. My hair seems healthier and softer, but not by much (although my hair has been bleached and lightened a few levels). The pressure on it is incredibly strong, which is great for those in a building with low water pressure. It surprised me the first time I turned it on! My house has good water pressure and it hurts when you press full pressure. So be careful if you are used to a low quality shower head. I noticed a clearly visible difference in the water. The water where I live was a bit cloudy even after weaning it, and the water comes out clear from that shower head. So yes, it really works!
