I bought this to replace an existing one that had both ends broken off. I have four children, two dogs and two cats that climb into my stuff. Lol This comb looked just like the photos but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was thicker on the handle and on both sides to protect the teeth. This one seems to hold up better and last longer (I had the other one for a year and a half before the first side broke, it's still very usable but both ends are broken. It's in my car now.) and wood not that dry like the original. The neem smell on this comb is the same as the original, neither very strong nor very light and subtle. Teeth have just the amount of exfoliating properties I need for scaly dandruff. Neem wood also seems to really help control dandruff. This is very important to me as those white flakes look SO bad on my burgundy hair.
