Review on 🏢 Rubbermaid Commercial Products Microburst Automated Air Care System, MB3000 Dispenser, Black - Odor Control Aerosol by Inocencio Anas

This product has worked great for about a week and a half. I liked it very much. Thanks to this, the office always smelled nice. I liked the customization option to set it up in the way that works best for us. Then the battery light started blinking and the air freshener started beeping and stopped spraying the air freshener. I wasn't sure what that meant so I emailed Rubbermaid Customer Service for help with the issue. I have not received any response from them and it has been a week. The website stated that a response would take up to two days. So expect some delay. I'll have to try again as I won't be able to use the product again until I figure this out. Constant squeaking and a non-functioning product are annoying in the office. If I could get help with this issue and fix it I would give this a much higher rating. 14.10.16. I'm still awaiting a response from Rubbermaid, but have resubmitted my question to Rubbermaid. Hope they answer this time. :(
