GOOD PRICE, GOOD PRODUCT. USES 2 "C " BATTERIES AND NOT "D " BATTERIES AS ONE IS SPECIFIED

Unit works great but be careful with battery issues. I read that it uses "d" cells, but it doesn't. It uses 2 "C" cells. The rest of the device works fine. I live in an apartment building and my upstairs neighbor smokes. This is to eliminate the bad smell. Updated 01/29/2016. The block stopped working. After finding out the batteries were dead I replaced them and it only sprays if you turn the unit on and off quickly a few times. After that he sits here and looks stupid.

DISAPPOINTED works well with air fresheners

I ordered this product based on my positive experience with the Rubbermaid brand but this product was intended to confuse Rubbermaid. The product does not offer user options such as the ability to choose the time between sprays. I have a consumer brand that I paid about $10 for that offers 3 options plus an "OFF" option. The device has a button that you press to open it, but it doesn't open easily and there's nothing to grab to open it. Opening is hard work. This product is very overpriced…

Noisy. Not the version you might expect based on the description above.

This is the basic version, not the version described above. There is no way to customize it and the resupply gauge. The device is also very noisy when spraying. I had a previous model and it was pretty quiet, especially compared to this one. Can't say I'd recommend it but once again I was disappointed and ordered the $70 version and found it noisy too. I now have 3 of these units and lots of refills but I use the much cheaper but much better AirWick dispensers. These guys sit in an unfinished…

Buyers beware of good air fresheners

If like me you've been searching for Rubbermaid's commercial products and thought you were going to buy a Rubbermaid commercial unit, you will be disappointed to know that this not the case is a commercial Rubbermaid, which looks very similar. It was perfect FIRST

This product has worked great for about a week and a half. I liked it very much. Thanks to this, the office always smelled nice. I liked the customization option to set it up in the way that works best for us. Then the battery light started blinking and the air freshener started beeping and stopped spraying the air freshener.
