Not impressed yet. I don't use the remote control and only use vibration. They randomly go out when drinking or playing softly or scratching, not when barking. We have adjusted everything except for whether the collar will work on greyhounds given the lack of hair and fat. I'm editing my review. Collars are not well suited for our greyhound dog breed. In order for the collar to be suitable for a dog with little hair and no fat deposits, it is activated at the wrong time. That being said, our dog trainer recommended collars and made significant progress in keeping his dogs barking at bay. I don't think it's the function of the collar, it's the function of our dog breed that they didn't suit us. Will definitely try them again when we have another breed. Try collars. They look well made and beautiful. 02/22/2021. I'm editing my review. I received 7 harassing emails from this company on my personal Gmail account. They ask me to remove my review and offer a $35 bribe to force me to remove it. I filed a complaint with Revain and respectfully asked the sellers to stop contacting me. The harassment continues with personal emails from different gmail accounts back to my personal gmail. Due to this unprofessional behavior I am changing my rating back to one star. Based on my experience I recommend you not to deal with this company for your bark collar.
