I am a cyclist and I was trying to buy a set of Bluetooth headphones that do not slip out of my ears while riding. This product was described as such and arrived in neat packaging as promised. The problems started with the charging case, which was VERY difficult to open. I kept them all day long and opening the case (with manly hands) has never been easier. The left earbud never charged or worked so I only used the right earbud to review this product. Then I noticed that the included instructions contained a reference to "buttons" that weren't there. The work surface was completely smooth and there were no buttons on it. The instructions also mentioned turning off the headphones automatically when they are removed from the case. This has never happened either. Finally, they made an unusual beep every 30 seconds or so, which I thought was a low battery indicator. The product was not charged when it arrived. After charging them overnight with the included USB charger, I noticed that the left earbud never lights up or charges. I was never able to tell if the charging failure was due to the earbuds themselves or the hard-to-open charging case. Incidentally, the indicator lights on the charging case are barely visible during the day, so you can't tell if the earbuds are charging when the sun is shining. to increase the tone and the other to decrease it. You can also skip a song or answer a call by pressing one of the "buttons". Note. THERE WERE NO KEYS ON THIS DEVICE. However, I tried using an earphone to see if the product was working properly. It didn't work well at all, it didn't work as described. I have decided to return the headphones for a full refund. Stay away from this poorly made product that comes with lousy instructions.
