This shirt runs super small. I have a little one who wears size 12-18 months everywhere. I ordered 2T and it is too small. Unfortunately we were on a trip and I needed it so didn't have time to try it on sooner. The head hole does not stretch and would not fit my little girl (she is in the 40th percentile at almost 2 years old). I had to trim the neck with scissors to about halfway down the shirt to fit it to size. It was tight against the skin. At the same time it is so soft and very warm. I just ordered another size 4T to try. Maybe that fits? I hope I can layer it and put it on her head in a larger size. I also ordered one for my 6 year old who wears a girls size 7/8. I bought her a size 7/8 in gray and she is a bit big! So I have no idea what to expect, but I hope so.
