The customer support in this product has been outstanding so far! They are willing to go above and beyond what we ask of them and they do it with ease.
I have not found anything yet but if there's something out there then please let me know because i'd love to hear about it!! Make sure you get your own dedicated account manager otherwise things can be confusing at times when multiple people try to help solve issues together (which happens from time-to-time). This would also depend heavily upon who works where within their organization as well. We use port 53 primarily to route our domain traffic through an internal firewall which helps keep everything secure internally while allowing us access into some external services without having all those connections open up externally facing ports etc..
