This food was recommended in consultation with a nutritionist at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. My Beagle has congestive heart failure, kidney and liver disease and is slightly overweight (like most older Beagles). This food was recommended for its high nutritional value and low sodium content. The sodium content is not listed in the dog food. Wellness offers excellent food and snacks for dogs. My dog loves food. He made a good transition to this food, but he had mild indigestion and gas. I've been feeding him this food for a few months and he's doing fine. This food is hard to find in regular pet stores. I was nervous about ordering online. The seller is good, the packages are new and sealed. The delivery meets expectations. I highly recommend these foods and wellness products.
