I have to say this is a great case! I give it high marks for turning my iPad into a touchscreen laptop. Great when I'm away from my computer working or blogging or whatever. I haven't encountered any real issues except, and this is POSITIVE as it speaks to the integrity and security of the device, the sleeve that holds the iPad in place is very tight. I actually need a hard plastic card to get it out, as it turns out unless I open the case all the way. I don't feel like the iPad fails randomly like the other reviewer experienced - they must have had a faulty device, which is what happens. with any product, but I also find that extremely rare, especially with products of this caliber.
