This bag looks great and is perfect for carrying my laptop (Macbook Air), especially for air travel. There are two handles that can be stowed in pockets and a long shoulder strap that can be extended to carry over the shoulder. Weight distribution is excellent and there is an adjustable strap pad making it very comfortable. There are two handy external pockets that are great for wallets or phones. There are three deep zipped external pockets, one of which is padded and great for a tablet. One of these pockets has seven small pockets that are great for pens, cards or a phone. The zippered main compartment has a large main compartment, two large side pockets (paperback size) and a padded laptop sleeve with Velcro closure. It still looks pretty elegant and is beautifully designed to wear almost anything. On the other hand, there's plastic in some places, metal I'd like to see, and it doesn't feel as durable as my other (more expensive) bags. I haven't had it that long so I don't know how long it will last but so far I'm very happy with it.
