Apparently I tore my right rotator cuff while lifting weights. While waiting for my MRI appointment, I had the opportunity to play golf. I was skeptical, but ordered this compression bandage. I'm only 5ft 6in and 140lbs, but the brace was fully adjustable for my smaller size. It felt like I had enough support to swing around without doing more damage. After a short warm-up on the driving range, let's get started and hit the first hole! I played a solid round and even shot with my handicap of 10. I played again a week later and basically the same result. This brace stays in the car and is ready when I feel weakness or pain in my shoulder. Thanks very much!
