Purchased this unit based on the rating and the number of buys admittedly. The first one came quickly. Tried to use it and it wasn’t working properly and the timing was failing. Quick contact, return and replace with no issue and the second unit worked flawlessly. Installed and used on the outdoor Christmas light display and worked perfectly. Wish the first one worked but very happy with the customer service and how it played out on a relatively inexpensive purchase. Would buy again even so.
