I'm 5'1", 105 lbs, over 65. I like a good fit around the shoulders and chest but I prefer a looser fit around the abs when i exercise this is exactly what you need for waist training so the mens dress fits very well after a few washes even if it is a cotton t-shirt don't worry this Shirt was made in a different country than my previous shirt but I can't tell any difference in finish or quality Very happy with the purchase.
