My son likes this headset however it shows that it lights up and it does not light up unless you sit right in front of the tv and plug it in (so the light is not battery operated). I contacted the sellar, Bengoo, and they have been so nice to work with. They sent me a replacement to see if that fixed the issue and also offered me a refund. It was refreshing to have great customer service when that is something you don't get a lot of these days. Overall, my son is very happy with his headset. Very comfortable on his ears and the microphone works great. I would go back and order from this company because they stand behind their products and want to make their customers happy.
