I was looking for a new trimmer and thought this would be the best. I liked the body and the feel of the trimmer and skeleton was a nice touch too. However, the blade of this trimmer simply pulls the product down. Even after 0-gap it still doesn't hit like other trims. The problem is with the blade alone as the trimmer itself is well built and nice looking. In addition, the engine does not run at 7000 rpm. I used a video speedometer and it peaked at 6.2k-6.5k rpm which doesn't kill but they advertise 7000rpm and it didn't hit it. I tried a T-width WAHL blade and it doesn't fit, if so I would keep it. If there are blade models to go with this I would consider taking them back but I just went with the WAHL Detailer Li as it has come down in price a bit. I paid more than the current lighting offering and still wouldn't get this trimmer if it was on sale just for the blade. updated. The trimmer has a plastic part with screws that hold the blade in place. It broke after pulling out the blade twice. Now I wouldn't recommend it at all when the craftsmanship is so cheap.
