The top screen broke in the lower right corner in the first week, then a spider broke in the same place and spread all over the screen. Never fell and nothing happened to him. I found that the hinge and frame between the bottom screen and the top screen pushes from the top when closing and I think the pressure point is what caused the screen to crack as it aligns perfectly at the impact/punch point . Love the idea of two window screens, amazing screen quality, great keyboard and great functionality. I don't like the built in stand as I always attach one of the inserts to make it stand. Too many times it failed to recognize my face to thaw the screen. The pen does not stay in the case and kept falling into my pocket, I had to look for it - I need a magnetic holder. I loved this computer but decided on a different type as it just wouldn't work for me. Update: For reasons unknown, I'm losing $300 of my refund due to a design flaw/broken screen: Revain non-refundable I paid the full $1499 - not happy at all. Don't repeat the same mistake.
