Works well. Especially for the price. I've used it for 5-6 battery cycles with no issues. The power level makes no sense at all. I can't tell most of them apart. In fact, there is a low mean and a high mean. Works great on the muscles and better on the perineum. Battery life is short, but the instructions say not to use it for long anyway to avoid overheating. I use it in 15-30 minute increments and it seems pretty good.
