Review on 🔧 Enhanced Whirlpool 4387828A Refrigerator Door Hinge Spacer for Improved Performance by Alex Smith

In my rush to install it I forgot to take some photos (or measure it). In short, it's a plastic wedge. There is a ledge on one side to make driving the device easier. Would a piece of plywood work? May be. I chose this official piece of plastic because it was plastic - less chance of shrinking over the years. And less chance of weird growth. It does what it says on the tin: raised one corner of my fridge a little higher (1/8 inch? 1/4 inch?) to compensate for the unobtrusive bottom. Double-sided adhesive tape was not used because the wedge rests against the wall. Important: I had to adjust/align the front legs (wheels in my case) after the fridge rolled onto the chock. Because the bottom point doesn't exactly match the height of the wedge. It no longer wobbles or creaks. I will update if anything changes. All I need is one pack because it's only for the lowest seat. If there were two deep spots I would just correct for the difference using the two built in adjustment screws (math and trigonometry).
