My Terrible Experience Purchases Made at the Rockland Company Online Store

As a social media ambassador, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to shop at Rockland's online store and report back to my followers about my experience. My experience, unfortunately, was not even close to being satisfactory. Because the website was so sluggish and challenging to navigate, it was impossible for me to locate the items that I was looking for. When I was eventually successful in placing an order, the products that I was sent were of low quality and did not correspond to the descriptions given on the website. The customer support department of Rockland's online store was unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more difficult. They took an extremely long time to respond to my questions, and when they did, they were unable to offer any helpful information or viable solutions to the problems I was having. It was very frustrating and disheartening to discover that there would be no assistance or communication provided. Considering everything, I do not think that shopping at Rockland's internet store is a good idea. The low-quality of the products, combined with the sluggishness of the website and the unhelpfulness of the customer service representatives, makes for a very unpleasant purchasing experience. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
