Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

On February 5, 2022, with delivery on February 6, I placed an order for a watch. When I contacted and learned that the order had been lost, I did not alter my position. Okay, cancel the order and register again. However, the order can only be canceled within 48 hours! I wasn't too surprised, but God was furious with him; I'll wait. On February 10, it is the fourth day and the order is still awaiting cancellation despite my six calls. One response, hold on, we'll ask again. When I finally had enough and asked the upper managers, everything was guaranteed! Marina responds, "There aren't any issues during the day; we'll fix everything. A day later, though, nothing has changed, and Marina is ashamed to answer the phone. Another senior manager spoke courteously and tastefully on a robotic; everything was the same as it should be, but pardon me, let's correct it, but nobody knows! The response gives no information when asked to whom you even make a request to cancel the order! Gorgeous! Please explain how a store might exist that has no liability at all. None of the six managers is aware that the order was paid for, delayed, lost, and cancelled. As! ? How can you capitalize on this? What are you, 21st century guys? And if February 11 arrives and I'm impatient for the cancellation, I'll send them a lawsuit and a summons to court. The lawyer will be intrigued to hear discussions about water and the eternal, but not about how this case will be resolved. I'm posting this so that other customers who are less familiar with online store navigation would be aware that such uncertainty still exists in today's world.
