QleeQ has helped us to understand our customer's opinion about our brand. It has also helped us to understand our competitors marketing campaigns. I am very happy with the reporting options. I would like to see more options for the data export and more customization options. I would also like to see more reports with data from other sources. I am working on improving the quality of the data that we get from QleeQ. We are able to see the different opinions of our customers. We can also use this information to improve our customer service.
