These shirts are good and you can put your ID card or something in your pocket. However, they tighten more in the waist and hips than I expected. I have another smaller version of their signature shirts that fit perfectly. The sleeves are a little looser than I wanted but that's no big deal, I would return them as I bought multiple colors. I would recommend the shirts but I suggest buying two sizes and seeing which one suits you best. All in all a practical and useful bag that I would buy again.
