This product does not work at all. The collar had to sit snugly on my dog's neck to fit the base unit. If I followed my dog around the yard and held the collar in just the right position, it would work and emit a small static correction and beep. When I let my dog roam free, the collar doesn't respond. I've tried positioning the base in many different places around my home and I've tried both sets of probes that come with the collar and various levels of correction, tightening and loosening of my dog's collar. After 2-3 hours of troubleshooting the system I gave up and sent it back. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
