These Orrpally tanks are really soft, so they're a joy to sleep in. With the shelf bra feature, you don't have to worry about pain or bruises by sleeping in an actual bra - or getting flabby by sleeping without one. I always like to sleep in a shelf bra; it's gentle yet supportive.These are also very comfortable, so it's great to do your yoga in them. They move with you and give you gentle support as you stretch. That being said, they're not supportive enough to just wear during the day. I ordered a size Small, and I'm a 34C, if that helps for a reference point. If I wear an actual bra under the tank, I can wear it all day. Then I just slip the bra off for evening yoga and bedtime.It says to wash with cold water, like colors, and all that. But I just popped it in the machine with everything else and it came out perfectly fine. Washes up well, even the white one. I had some sweat marks, but I sprayed some "Shout" on them and they came right out.
