Ideal for the 4070 tank, the lever arm is 45 degrees to the handle.
The white version is hard to see in the picture but there is a 45 degree handle for the 4070 cistern on the left when facing the toilet. The tank number, as someone kindly pointed out in the Q&A section, is on the top right rear of the tank. I replaced one of these with a cheap universal bend to match the handle a few years ago and regretted it. This is what you need when replacing an existing handle.
