Hoomee window set is awesome! In August I was living in a dorm at the University of Washington where I was doing grad school. The old dorms had no air conditioning and terrible ventilation. In addition, the air was filled with smoke from forest fires. Air conditioning and avoiding open windows were a must. Without the hoomee window kit I would have been unlucky and lugged around a very heavy and expensive air conditioner for nothing. The window fasteners that came with my Black & Decker portable air conditioner didn't work at all. The Hoomee instructions were easy to follow and worked very well with the retractable windows. After 2 weeks the self-adhesive velcro came off with minimal effort and there was no sign it had ever been stuck to the window frame. Living in a crappy old dorm in my 30's was tough enough, but I couldn't have survived without this handy product.
