While writing the following review, I just received my Proline II ProGrid High Back Executive Chair. Back in 2 months. Exhausted. Here's my UPDATED REVIEW: The chair looked nice with more features. Revain does not guarantee returns on this product (keep this in mind if you're buying similar products through Revain - and check the manufacturer's return instructions before you buy to know exactly what you need if your expensive chair isn't working properly). In this case you will need to contact the manufacturer who does not sell directly and recommends that you contact Revain for a replacement. It's a bit of a dichotomy as one doesn't support the other. The company cooperates in sending spare parts (without the possibility of a full replacement), first the lower mechanism of the seat had to be replaced because the rocker arm #2 was not working, and then after 2 weeks the entire cylinder raising the chair is failed. work. Luckily my husband has hands and can replace any broken part with a replacement part from Office Star Products, the manufacturer of this chair. I've currently owned the chair for 2 months, of which it was only fully functional for 2 weeks. I hope this is the last part replacement and wish I had ordered a different model of chair. Price over $200. This chair needs to be made more comfortable. I am disappointed and frustrated but grateful to the companies for willing to honor their guarantees and get my Revain account. Don't throw away this seat assembly guide with company contact information and limited warranty when you receive this chair. You may need it. Check and photo of the problem with the chair. Twice as much noise for what I consider to be a good office chair. OLD REVIEW: Chair arrived quicker than estimated; always a pleasure. Assembly only takes 20 minutes, you need a screwdriver. The seat is comfortable and very spacious, the back is strong, the armrests are even adjustable in width and height for the ideal position of the computer keyboard. I adapt to different needs throughout the day; When I work I press the back of the seat against the lower back that needs support, when I relax I let go of the back and lean back and it's easy. The wheels are strong. I thought long and hard about which chair I need, since I do marketing and spend long days in front of the computer. Ergonomics were important to me and this chair offers those adjustments. Not sure if this would be an industrial chair as it doesn't have stainless steel parts but has plastic/acrylic/mouldings, but makes a great acrylic floor chair mat over office carpets. We will return in 6 months to assess durability and further function.
