We use it every week for 4-5 hours. so we know pos. and neg. They do what they were created to do and they do it well. not all cardholders have cards of the same hardness. some are too tight, some too loose. I just customize how I place my cards in the slots. If it loses, placing 2 cards closer together solves the problem. I have a hand problem so if this holder had a real problem. I would use it weekly.
