I don't trust this controller at all. First I connected the battery according to the instructions. Then I connected the controller. The charging light came on, I thought it was good. After about an hour or two, a green light came on, indicating it was charged. BUT, it was the same with the yellow charger. 3 hours later when I turned on the amber LED turn signal the battery was so low that the photocell attached to the lights didn't even work. It worked before I connected this because I checked by covering the photocell. So this thing definitely drained the battery. I've never had a problem with it having 3 small 1.5w chargers plugged into it. I added this and a 7w charger to save space. I ordered 2, another for a 10w panel. I am returning both and have bought 2 of them. One for the panel, one for the dough and one for the device. It could be better. This also switches to floating charge.
