Review on Avantree TC419 Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver with Enhanced Range for TV & PC Audio, Home Stereo Speakers, aptX LL Wireless Adapter for Headphones, Optical & AUX RCA Connectivity by Jon Dunn

I bought this along with two low latency compatible Avantree Bluetooth headphones. All three work great! The range of this transmitter is amazing, it works great all over my house with no drop out and even part of my backyard! However, the bypass function does NOT work when I use the optical input from a TV with an optical output to my Sony AV receiver. He just doesn't do anything. There is no sound at all. Using the headphone jack on my TV disables the TV's output to optical so that doesn't work either. The solution was a cheap 1x3 SPDIF/TOSlink optical splitter (pictured) here at Revain. Now it works great! I can hear both the headphones and the sound from the TV and/or the audio output from my Sony AV receiver without any problems. There are no delays either!
