I like that it's easy to use for all of our departments across multiple states! It allows us access from anywhere which saves time when we need help with something in another state or country while working remotely/home office during COVID19!! The customer service has been fantastic as well but sometimes you have issues getting through if your call isn't answered right away (which can be frustrating). Definitely take advantage of their team because they are always willing to work around any schedule so everything gets done efficiently without delays due to human error. We're able to quickly look up information regarding current employees who may not know about upcoming changes within HR policies such as PPE requirements for various positions including safety protocols for different areas throughout facility.
